The Build a Bone Program offers education and exercise for optimal bone health and recovery from low bone density. Low bone density affects more than 40 million men and women. 1.5 million Fractures occur annually from osteoporosis. We will teach 5 things you can do to have better bone health!
The Sportsmetrics program offers education and exercise to minimize risk for knee injury, especially young girls involved in sports such as soccer and basketball. Female athletes are 2-10 times more likely to injure their knee than male athletes. This program has drills that teach the athlete how to position the entire body safely when jumping or landing. We will teach a few exercises that you can to save your knees!
