An internationally recognized and respected holistic healing arts practitioner, Carina is dedicated to restoring health on all levels for her clients as she employs an extensive range of healing modalities in one-on-one or long distance sessions. Sessions are specifically tailored to each client’s needs while utilizing her certifications and abilities as a Reiki Master/Teacher, ThetaHealing practitioner, spiritual counselor, intuitive, empathic healer, mentor and ordained minister. Bringing about healing on every level while helping each client gain inner knowledge and reclaim their individual power is the ultimate objective.

Individualization is critical to the way Carina approaches healings. Each session begins with gentle and compassionate communication, during which Carina helps her client peel away the layers we all naturally put in place to deal with our issues, leaving them open to healing the true heart of the matter at hand. She then instinctively and intuitively determines the appropriate healing modalities, proceeds with a personalized healing plan and thoroughly discusses the process with each client. And, as energy has no boundaries, sessions can be held either in person or remotely. Long distance healing sessions are regularly held with clients all over the world, providing a very effective means of reaching those who are not able to see her in person.  

Carina began her journey as a holistic healer after a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in 1998. After years of taking various medications in an effort to slow the progression of the disease, the side effects became debilitating and she made the decision to discontinue most of her medications, took control of her body and health and embarked on a journey of self-healing. The methods of healing she employs today are reflective of her personal experiences and her vastly improved health. Throughout her journey, she has been greatly appreciative of those she could help through her healing work. Carina has studied with The Four Winds Society, Reiki Master/Teacher Ruby Parker and ThetaHealing Certified DNA Practitioners and instructors Alice Christensen and Bobbi Henry, among others. Her quest for knowledge in these and other healing modalities has led her to many gifted teachers and practitioners, and her journey continues as she tirelessly researches, learns and experiences ever-growing awareness, consciousness and illumination.
